Authentic japanese ramen. There were many people even though I made a reservation I had to wait.. Because its tasty
Today, I went to a famous ramen restaurant near Salaya (without a reservation). Luckily, I only had to wait about 5 minutes, though many people recommend booking in advance. The ramen was amazing the broth was rich and flavorful. I especially loved the chicken chashu. It was absolutely delicious!
Shindo Ramen offers perfectly chewy noodles and an authentic broth that captures the true essence of ramen. The pork is well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. No need to fly to Japan—this is one of the must-try ramen spots in Thailand. Reservation required.
Shoyu ramen was excellent, must try! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the meat was super tender with a nice smoky aroma. Also recommend starting with the bread and mentaiko sauce, really tasty combo.
Tried calling almost 100 times for a reservation totally worth the effort! Shindo Ramen has a cozy, homey vibe with ramen that feels lovingly cooked. I really enjoyed the texture of the noodles, and the broth was well balanced with layers of complex flavors. A must visit for ramen lovers!
Playful ramen place run by Thai owners. Delicate and rich soup. Special menu available weekly.
Shindo Paitan and Tonkotsu were great. Parking may be difficult to find, and location is not ideal. Space is super small and limited, so reservation is required.
Worth trying but I don’t think it is worth coming back. Noodle was great(the best thing for me), soup was just good. Croquettes was stunning though. Please keep in mind that the place itself is super small and there is no proper parking lot provided but you can still find some empty slot in the alley. And there was no price listed in their social media so please feel free to ask before ordering. My order was Shindo Ramen(255฿), special Nibosho and Shio Ramen(590฿), Croquettes(130฿).
